How it works

In this stage of the project, our mission is to support the client organization in the construction of medium and long-term socio-cultural, economic, political and technological scenarios and to identify its internal capabilities (RBV), facilitating the management of its strengths and weaknesses.

Through interviews with experts in the segment and the leaders, the client organization can, based on the scenarios (external environment) and capacities (internal environment), dedicate itself to planning actions to face possible future situations that may affect its business.

We consider this essential for the elaboration of the SWOT Matrix and the choice of strategic positioning that will make possible the search for competitive advantages and the adoption of new strategic positions.
