We apply Kaizen projects of breadth and Kaizen of depth to promote changes, adopting the main techniques and tools of quality in an interactive and easy to use way.
With the adoption of the projects you will be able to
- Diagnosis/Amplitude Kaizens
Diagnosis/Amplitude Kaizens are used to understand the current situation of the value flow map of your operation, identifying the needs and opportunities for improvement to design the desired future situation.
Normally, considering a value stream of medium complexity, for a family of products representative of your business, a kaizen of amplitude will be executed around 10 days. - Deep Kaizens
Depth Kaizens are used in result interventions and are applied in events of 3 to 5 days, normally consecutive, with the participation of a team of company employees for the implementation of an improvement project.
Different methods are applied, depending on the improvement objectives, coming from the Lean schools, Theory of Restrictions, TPM, Quality, among others. Examples of methods used are Process Redesign (Standardization, Flowchart), 5S, PDCA, Standardized Work, Layout Redesign, Quick Change (TRF), Kanban, Poka Yokes, Quality Tools (Histogram, Control Cards, Pareto Diagram , Cause-Effect Diagram, Check List, 5W2H Action Plan), among others.
