What is the importance, before a project that intends to transform the organization, of leveling information, knowledge and tools related to the central theme with the project team?
In most companies, hundreds of transformation projects are underway: strategic planning, continuous operational improvement, plant expansions, maintenance stops, worker training, resizing, outsourcing, quality of life, among others.
Properly promoting strategic alignment improves the impact of the relationship between integration and complementarity of the determining elements in terms of the effectiveness of the organization's decision system, facilitating the choices of the leaders and initiatives of the project team to receive support from the business areas and that eventual changes of course are better understood.
How it works
Essential for the projected future of the company to become a sustainable reality, strategic alignment is characterized by the organization's focus on strategy in a dynamic, committed and managed manner.
During 2 (two) days, in a simulated strategic and operational management (gamified) environment, the project leadership team will review and align fundamental concepts and tools on:
- Business strategy;
- Business Model;
- Strategic Core (Vision, Mission, Values)
- Construction of Scenarios;
- SWOT matrix and evaluation of the internal and external environment: Strengths and Weaknesses, Threats and Opportunities;
- Formulation of short and medium term objectives and goals in relation to the market, customers, processes, people and results;
- Definition of performance indicators for the business;
When debating the themes, the participants will evaluate the results of the simulation of their strategy comparing to the Diagnosis, increasing the convergence about the choices and increasing the integration and effectiveness in the execution of the strategic planning.
